Thembi Mall Debonairs
On Friday I arrived home after 8pm and instead of cooking I decided to order Pizza online at about 8h45 pm, I requested 9h30 pm deliver and called the restaurant at about 10pm when my order still hadn't arrived. The number given on the confirmation email/SMS for the order transfers u to Debonairs Hospital View where I spoke to a lady who informed me that Thembi Mall does not answer their calls and she always has this problems and before when hung up she wished me good luck and said she hopes I receive my order. this however did not happen I even went outside to wait but nothing it was 11pm when my kids who hadn't eaten decided to go to bed I was so upset as my nearest shop was noe closed and I had no other plan for food. I didn't even receive a simple phone call to explain or apologise even after I sent 2 emails and left a message on the help option on the website this infuriated me so much I still cannot believe it.
