Their food made all of us sick!

We ordered pizza with my family, their malva pudding made us all sick - all of us who had it. I called customer care about it, they took it to “investigate” it and never told us the results. Then they asked us to get a medical report. Imagine, the whole family must go get a medical report, who’s gonna pay for it? After that, nothing, no further correspondence. What they were essentially saying is that we’ll pretend like we care but we don’t, if you get sick from our products we’ll pretend to do something about it but won’t. So if you get sick from their food, rest assured that they won’t do anything about it. I got an sms saying that the case is closed, wow! Safe to say we won’t be ordering anything from that company again lest we get seriously ill , who knows what they’re putting in their food.
