Theft experience at the Debinairs/ Fishaways/ steers (Bluehills Shopping centre) and Fidelity Not reacting as expected.

This review is based upon the theft I experienced in the shop and I would not blame them for that I was just disappointed at the fact that I had hope and coming back with the detective investigating my case to be able to access the cameras in the store to see the entire incidence only to find out that they are not working and that time they surround the entire store. I also suggest that since this incident happened I found out that a week later that the same thing happened to someone else so it would really be better for them to advise customers from using their phones while waiting for their order as that happened to me, as I was waiting for my order a guy walked in to the shop pretending to be a customer only to find out he was scouting as to which expensive phone can he snatch and run to an open vehicle waiting for him outside and they drove off with my phone just like that.

Another disappointing thing was that on that day the fidelity security guard working at the gate was not there as my partner tried to outrun them aiming to tell the guy to close the gate or react in some sort. Most of the guards as well were not useful at the time of the incident at well.

For all the above reasons I felt neglected and disappointed as I’m a regular customer as I live very close and that happening to me like that was the worst experience and traumatizing as well.
