The worst service of my life

I've had a truly horrific experience with the debonairs at mega city. I swear, it's like these people intentionally provide poor services because they service black aread. And it's completely unacceptable. I work hard for my money and I know to expect good quality services from the people I give it to. So to be treated like a second class customer because of my location is really unacceptable. I have been waiting for 3 hours for an order from this palace and right now, I've repeatedly called the franchise and only got through once. And even then, it was just as the driver pulled I to my driveway. I've been calling them since to speak to the regional manager and nothing. I'm sick and tired of this poor treatment from this Branch of debonairs. I'd they don't wanna provide the best service possible, they should close it down that way I can order from somewhere else and possibly have better luck. I'd I could rate negative stars I swear I would. This is absolutely appalling. And this is made even worse by the fact that I had a similar experience this past week and paid anyway coz I was gonna eat the order with other people so I couldn't keep them waiting coz I wanted to vconplain. And it's so sad that I even have to. And then people expect us to support local businesses when local business treat us like second class citizens. This should change and soon
