The worst service I've ever received anywhere

I was at debonairs pizza Riversquare in Three Rivers, I placed my order at 19:49, when I went to collect my order 30 mins later at 20:20 they had not prepared my order. When I noticed and overheard about my order not even baked/cooked yet, I asked about that and the staff member from the kitchen **** and said no my order is still being prepared(30mins later) when in actual fact it wasn't even in the oven. I then asked for my order to be canceled because I wasn't going to wait any longer in this cold weather. The manager asked me wait 5 more mins and I refused and asked for a refund and she gave attitude and just put my money on the counter with no apology. The service was appalling and totally unacceptable.
