The worst service experienced from Debonairs

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I would like to express that i experienced the most pathetic service from the debonair s within grahams town.I had placed an order and i requested that it should be delivered.All requirements were met and it is now 2 hours later and i am still waiting for my order.I then called them to find out what is going on.I was told they are looking for it and will call me back once they have found out what is going on.They did not get back to me and i called them for the 2nd time and they still said they were looking for my order and abruptly dropped the phone on my ear.This was the most horrible service i have received and it is sad that such a big franchise provides ****py service like this to their valued customers.i am a regular customer and am dissapointed.I would like to k ow how i will be compensated and how this will be rectified.Utterly disgusted.<br> <br> I hope to get a response soon.<br>
