The worst service ever! Didn't even deliver!

Today i received the worst service from your store in Kagiso. I ordered online. At 19:40. I did not receive my order. Order number #441333... At 20:30 i called the store spoke to a person named Neo on the status of my order. She said it was on its way to me. I even double checked and verified if they had all the correct details for delivery. It is now 00:01. Midnight. And im still waiting for my order. It was already paid for online. I waited. At 9:00pm i sent my husband to the Store. He was told the driver had already left with the order. Im still waiting. This is now 5 hours that I've waited. And as im going to sleep now, Lord knows when im gonna get it.
