The worst service and food ever experienced.

So last night after a hard day of work the family and I felt for the dbl stack pizza, that we normally only order from Debonairs. We stopped ordering a while back because they never give you the cream cheese between the base as they suppose to, but we thought maybe things would.be different.

We first tried Rivonia Village. Called in place the order 15 minutes before getting there. We basically pleases to them to make sure the cream cheese was there. Got to the store waited another 30 minutes and when the pizzas got to us, absolutely dry, the pizza itself and no cheese between the basis as I opened it in the store. Staff felt nothing, brushed me off gave me a refund and sent me in my way with my 3 month old in my hands. So.at this point we starving so we.called in the Woodmead branch, OMG got there and they completely forgot about out telephone order, so we waited and guess what we got the exact same pizza dry with jo cheese in the base. This store atleast told they do not put allot of cheese between the bases so I asked them what are we paying so much for. Response was for.what I just got. They offered me a refund before I asked and sent me on my way.

So I said to the wife, last try as I stay in Linbro Park and the call center operator we.called.said to try Alex store so, after explaining to him, he told our order and said he will personally place it himself.

We.reach home and 30 minutes later now pizza, call the stores and they new nothing of our order. At this time my kids were starving so we had to make them.ul a meal. We called the store 8 times which the manager cut the call 4 out of 8. Pizzas got here 1h30min cold and yet again no cheese. I told the driver I cannot pay for this, we should not eat cold food. I was told deliveries can be delayed and it's not their fault. So.inpaid around R400 and through them the trash as Debonairs pizza cold is literally eating cardboard.

Famous brand or the franchisees have truly lost the plot, I mean they literally hired the worse kind of people and now finally serve the worse pizzas ever.

After giving them a 3rd try I hope this brand shut down, so that many people out there, especially those that made a few extra cash and just wanted to treat their family do not get constantly ****** by these guys.

I truly wish this brand everything of the worst.
