THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE, DEBONAIRS TRAUMA!!!

The worst day of my life! Today I experienced the terrible service from this restaurant that everyone has been talking about. I ordered online and a wrong order was brought after two hours, most of all they told me they forgot the sides and the driver (Apollo) told me he's not sure if he will bring the sides or not. When I realise the flavours are wrong I politely tell him I cant accept...He says they will NOT make me another order. I reported to customer care and logged a complain then the store made contact and told me the driver said I sent him back and said I did not order. Eventually I they brought my food at 18:10. SOUTH AFRICA MY ORDER TOOK FOUR HOURS.

After today, I will never again buy at debonairs and will stop ordering for my employees as well. Most of all I will forever tell my story to other people. The way my son cried over the s****** driving away...It hurts me so much just to think of it.
