the worst customer service ever at Northmead Benoni

<p>Good day Admin</p> <p> </p> <p>I usually travel from daveyton to Northmead debonair to buy my family pizza there, due to incredibly ,effective customer service and quality of the pizza they also sell to us, rather than the debonair in Daveyton where we were once sold us rotten fillings inside the pizza and we had to return it back to and I never made a fuss about it because I believe in giving one a chance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I walked in the northmead Benoni branch to buy Pizza on Sunday. When I got to the store I greeted the stuff which there was no response from the them. One was on the phone taking an order which is understandable and the other facing down to the counter reading an invoice, I would have understood if she said I will be with you shortly but she just kept reading whatever she was busy with…</p> <p>I looked at the watch after 2 minutes and we all remained quiet, hoping to get the attention of the cashier I kept on looking at my watch and she kept on giving me one look and facing down with less interest, After a while then she decided to attend to me, the only thing she did was to say WHAT DO WANT ! REALLY WHO CONDUCTS THEMSELVES LIKE THAT AS IF ITS THEIR HOUSE.</p> <p> </p> <p>As annoyed as I wasi still placed an order, requested they do half BBQ meaty and Chicken Tikka which I always Order when I get there and it has never been a problem. I was made to repeat myself more than 3 times explaining which seemed like I’m speaking different language, I repeatedly explained what I want and how I want it. The lady preparing the pizza seemed confused even the facial expression was telling me she’s confused what I want get home hoping they at least got one thing right unfortunately Not . the pizza is normal meaty and chicken Tikka inside the chicken tikka I get pieces of hams which is supposed to be inside the meaty pizza, It was a MESS IF YOU ASK ME. The Tikka sauce was so much that I couldn’t find the chicken pieces inside, Is this really Fair ? </p> <p> </p> <p>I am most annoyed that I traveled 17 km away from home to make sure that I get a good meal with good quality then it turns to be an opposite of that. I wasted my time and petrol to come to the store only to be treated like a non-existing customer.</p> <p>I trust this is not the way your Company wishes to conduct customer service with valued customers—I have been buying from your store for such a long time and have never encountered such terrible treatment before, I am still left with disbelieve that I received such a messy pizza from this store and a terrible customer service at the same time.</p>
