The ****test place ever

I placed an order before 19:30 they accepted my order deducted my money but they never delivered anything nor has anyone contacted me My kids were hungry and never made food now they going to sleep with nothing to eat. This is the 2nd time it's been done. Customer care has no answers and they don't care. They said they going to get the manager to call but nobody called me. After being on the phone for 40 minutes with them. They are pathetic
