The Shop was closed to Loadshedding

Hello Peter I'm not happy at the service I received at Debonairs pizza in Katlehong Sam Ntuli Mall the fact I left my home to find a loadshedding paper on the door of such a big shop..... Do they not have a back up generator or something to assure we are not inconvenienced.
