the service received does not even deserve a 1 star rating

I placed an order @10h30am 27/06/24

@ exactly 11h30am, an hour later I called in to enquire as to how far my order it is only to be informed that they will not be delivering as the delivery area is high risk which is understandable but the fact that I has to call in to follow up and they did not have the decency to give me a call out of their own to inform me ****ed me off, I was then told that the order would be cancelled and I would need to wait a full 7 working days for a refund which is not on as the store had the option to either decline or accpe the order when it came through knowing their driver does not come in my area but they chose not to having me call in constantly to follow up, the staff is not helpful in any way to help resolve the situation
