The service and the quality

The service there was bad, the other day I ordered online for home delivery, after 1 hour 30 minutes my order was still not ready. I drove there only to be told my order just left the store. No communication regarding the delay. 2 weeks back I ordered again online, they delivered on time but the pizza was extremely dry. Now I'm not sure if I still love Debonairs pizza anymore.
