The overall service is so poor, order's get delivered after more than 3 hours

The overall service is so poor, order's get delivered after more than 3 hours. I recently placed an order on the 7th November 2023 for R370 around 15h38, the time now is 20h19. Still waiting for my delivery. The worst part is there is no communication from the store. I guess me and my family will settle for bread tonight.
