The most traumatic experience all because of bad service and incompetence Chris hani crossing branch,Vosloorus

I had the most traumatic experience,i am literally still shaking after what iv been through because of bad service and incompetence from the chris hani crossing debonairs branch.I ordered pizza last night which came in an hour but it was not the correct pizza,the delivery man then told me he will quickly rush to get the correct one and he wont take long probably less than 10min,he left and only about 30min later he arrived with a 2boxes of cold pizza and i know that if the dot is not red the pizza is free,he gave me the pizza n i told him to call his manager so i can tell her i am unhappy with their service and i wont be paying for the pizza,i spoke to some lady who refused to give me her name and she was very rude over the phone still couldn't apologize.i then came back in the house to warm the pizza up for my family,Few min later there were sirens outside my house and 4cops came in with the 2delivery guys.My son was terrified to see cops surrounding me,i then asked them to take me to the manager so we can resolve this issue,they agreed and we drove to the debonairs branch.When we got there we asked for the manager,the cashier was so rude she told us to wait she is still busy cashing up in about 2min the lady came and we spoke our side of the story,my sister had to drive to the branch as well then there was just an arguement the stuff was laughing.My sister asked the manager what is the protocol in such situations when the pizza is late,and incorrect delivery on top of that its cold,she said she doesnt know.which really upset me i wanted to leave the policeman forcefully took me into the back of the police van,they drove me to the police station and put me in an with 3other policeman who i was very uncomfortable being with in such a small room locked and i have been ***ually assaulted by policeman in uniform in the past,so that on its own brought back so many disturbing memories.They then took me into a cell where i was alone and locked then pushed the door shut,I am claustrophobic i had a panic attack minutes later and they came to open the door and told me to pay for the pizza so i can go home,i gave the delivery guy the R300 for the pizza and i was released to go home.I have never been so humiliated in my life.All because of cold pizza,and extremely bad customer service.I love pizza and i am a loyal customer to Debonairs but the service i get all the time from the Chris hani crossing branch always leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
