The most terrible service ever!!!

I have had the most terrible experiences with Debonairs at Eldos...... Their orders are always an hour late yet when the driver calls to confirm they advise that the order will arrive in 10 minutes. Their speed points are always not working. Last time my order amounted to three hundred and something and their driver charged me three thousand and something, I only realise when I checked the balance on my phone. That was sorted after having to put up a fight with their store owner and manager. Today I placed an order around 1pm and the driver arrived around 3pm with an incorrect order, again I had to call them to rectify my order. They sent another driver with a raw pizza and this second drivers disc is expired so he refused the security in my complex to scan his disc so I had to walk down to the gate to fetch my order and when I got to him and asked why he is not delivering to my order then he tells me that he is doing me a favor by bringing the correct order. I have lost my appetite and interest of Debonairs
