The most horrible pizza ever

Bought a meaty triple decker Debonairs pizza over the counter at Dundee Debonairs yesterday only to be handed a pizza with a burnt crust, dry as hell, you could literally count the pieces of meat in the first layer, second later it was just mince. when I called to complain the manager told me I should return atleast half the pizza and he will investigate. No apology and nothing about replacing but he will investigate.
