The long wait for hunger

<p>I placed my order for 2 pizzas at 18:28, come 19:00 I ask where my food is as I was order 129 and order 140 is being served. After asking for the manager what is going on I get a ****py excuse that it is busy and they have some new staff. If they told me that it would take 45minutes (not 20 as I was told)for 2 pizzas I would have gone elsewhere. Obviously a bull**** excuse by the manager as pizzas ordered after mine where flying out the shop. And even if they had new staff, how does that become the customers problem.
