THE LEAST CUSTOMER ORIENTATED PIZZA TAKE AWAY - RATHER ORDER DOMINOS

I will never order from this place again after I had my final straw today after the don't give a **** attitude to me as the customer. Often when I order, they dont have rolls to make the subs and i have to order something elsewhere cause I dont want pizza specifically and this happens regularly and when I complain they tell me, sorry but our supplier is out of bread at the moment. Secondly, I place an order online and the money gets deducted from my account and all the weborder says is "Order Pending" and then says "Sorry we are not taking orders now, please try later" , after my dam money went through. So I call customer care and they tell me I must wait for the website to be fixed with absolutely no time frame in mind when I ask the unhelpful customer care agent. I then get a message on the computer screen stating they will refund me. That was all the money I had in my account for dinner and the agent tells me that it will take 48 hours to process my refund, so tonight I have to borrow money to feed my family because of this **** places customer care. YOU WILL NEVER GET AN ORDER FROM ME AGAIN ! Oh wait you dont give a ****, you have far to many customers.
