The Franchise that changed the meaning of meat into meaty

Tonight I thought of trying the new special at debonairs called the CRAM-DECKER. Upon arrival at the the restaurant at the food court in Somerset Mall we ordered and the cashier enquired whether we would like to have our pizza in meat or chicken. We decided on the meat option. Wow what a great DISSAPOINTMENT and *******!!!. If one orders meat and all that is on the pizza is processed meat...it tastes HORRIFIC to say the least... Its salty and REALLY NO DIFFERENCE In the taste. After closer inspection we found that it looks and tastes like a block of cheap tasteless processed meat/pressed beef/ polony cut into different shapes. I then called the manager to explain where in the menu does it states processed meat or their definition of "meat"... She rep**** that " we use processed meat and "Macon". I told her that in my opinion " Macon" is a substitute for bacon...which is normally spiced beef...not this tasteless salty block of polony that your company in using.

I refused to he satisfied with this bad tasting pizza...of which by now my whole evening and experience is spoiled. I enquired a contact no or details to voice my complaint. She then enquired whether I would want to have the owners contact details. I contacted the owner and was actually surprised by him taking my call. I voiced my concerns and disappointment in his products...all he could respond is that he is just a franchise owner and was more worried about where I got hold of his contact details. He was persistent that I should take up the matter with Debonairs.

In my opinion this was false advertising as well as very bad produce and we as the public should not be mistreated or mislead into investing our money into businesses and owners who does not care about customer experiences anymore, not for once was this guy apologising or showed any empathy towards my plight. Arrogance is not gonna win you the war. I don't think Debonairs would appreciate this kind of behaviour and actions towards their loyal clients. Furthermore I need the Corporate to investigate the inferior taste and products used at this restaurant. Last but not least I will know next time that if I would order any dish on their chicken menu it will be OK to receive Turkey...
