The Customer is ALWAYS right!

I bought a pizza at the above mentioned food outlet and the price advertised is R109, I ended up paying R139. I referred to the slip to check why I had incurred an extra charge.<br> <br> The slip stated that I had paid for extra cheese which I recall being asked if I wanted and specifically remember saying no to. I never take extra cheese.<br> <br> I proceeded to ask the lady who assisted me why she had added extra cheese which I had not asked for and she started and continued to argue with me over the counter implying that I am a **** and had in fact requested extra cheese.<br> <br> She continued to assist 3 other customers before rectifying her mistake and did so with a smug look on her face.<br> <br> I was eventually helped, but I am very disappointed with her attitude. Why do you have a job in customer service if you're attitude stinks?<br> <br> The customer is always right Ntokozo!
