THE BASE SO THIN YOUR TOPPING FALLS THROUGH

last night 06 May 2018 i ordered 2 pizza's from Debonairs Promenade Mitchell's Plain. serves was fast but the pizza was not good at all. the base was so thin when you pick it up, it brakes and the topping falls right through. i didn't wanna phone them to log a complaint but the people at the function insisted that i do. i then phoned them and logged a complaint and to my surprise the manager automatically thought that i wanted other pizza's. asking me why didn't we keep half of the pizzas to send it to them and why did we consume it if we did not like it. he was so rude and had no respect toward me as an old customer. this was the first bad experience i had with them and felt that as a old customer i will inform them. it does not mean that just because nobody else complaints there's nothing wrong with their product, it simply means that most people don's know that they can.

so to all and everybody reading this please do not procure your pizzas at Debonairs.
