I take my hat off to Reneilwe from Debonairs at Maponya mall...i had a problem that others didnt bother trying to workout.but the second the problem got to Reneilwe she listened and came with solutions. She first heard of my problem on 27/05/2020 and on 31/05/2020 my problem was resolved. Very polite and her customer service is a 10/10. Thank you for your patience and resolution. I even logged my problem here on hellopeter but debonairs still hasn't responded. 5 atarts go to Reneilwe and -0 go to the franchise for not being bothered to attend to our queries
