I went to Debonairs in Phalaborwa were I left very upset because of how Evelyn treated me , I complained and this morning the Manager Ntombi called me to come in as they had received my complaint and told me how she was sincerely sorry. Evelyn also came to apologies and was also sincere .
I really appreciate the way the ladies handled the complain , Thank you Ntombi for your Leadership s****s . The Phalaborwa Branch has a gem in her . You took your time to acknowledge me and I appreciate it.
Both Ntombi and Evelyn changed my complain to a compliment and today the treatment I received is world service . They deserve a Star for handling the situation so well. Just like I told my family about the bad service, I went back today and told them about the amazing service I received today
