Terrible service, wrong order and refusing to refund

<p>Never order from them. I received my order, opened it and had a sub with meat in it, when i specifically asked for cheese and garlic only. Called them to let them know of the problem and asked for a replacement. The lady then tells me that I will have to pay for the replacement after I already paid for the wrong one I received. I then refuse and say I want a refund then. She refused to refund me and put the phone down in my ear. I had to drive to them and demand they refund me for their mistake.</p>
