Terrible Service - Takes money but doesn't deliver on App

Terrible service - I placed and order on the App and the money was Paid - The receipt said 'Paid Online' but then the order said failed. When I phoned within 5 minutes of placing the order they said no sorry they are closed phone back tomorrow. So now the money was deducted and I don't have your product - why is it possible to place an order if the store is closed? No refund nothing I must just "Call back tomorrow". Will warn everyone I know against this new trick at Debonairs - probably trying to get some Covid money back tricking people to order before curfew without delivering. 1.9/10 Trust rating on Hello Peter I'm not surprised.
