Terrible service. Rude manager. Late delivery

They don't even deserve a 1 star. My order is 1 hour late, I called the store and the manager Sunny said "you need to understand it's the weekend orders will always be late". What kind of service is this? Debonairs Newlands West is this how you operate? Is this how a customer is spoken to?
