terrible service , never buying from debonairs again

Today was the worst experience ive ever had with debonairs I placed an order using their app. It was processed successfully however i forgot to add one pizza to the list. So i called debonairs smith street to add the pizza on. The lady took the order and said that it will be added to my existing order. However this WAS NOT DONE!!! I waited an hour and then called again. I spoke to Sisipho and explained what had happened. She assured me that they will deliver the outstanding Pizza order. I am still yet to receive the pizza. I work in the customer service industry and this is not the way to treat customers!!!! THIS WAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM DEBONAIRS AGAIN AND I WILL ENCOURAGE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO SUPPORT OTHER PIZZA OUTLETS.
