Terrible service in Oudtshoorn

We ordered the Sweet Deal for 2 and never received our 1.5l Coke Zero that was part of the order. We also have a problem as our address doesn't pick up on your mobile app. Everytime I add a note of our proper address and they never read the note. We stay in Oudtshoorn which is a small town.
