Terrible service from Debonairs Sasolburg

Disgraceful service from Sasolburg branch, I ordered at 19:01, it was accepted. I called about 20 times to be placed on hold. I drove at 20:22 to the store only to find it closed. I paid online and my money was taken but food never delivered. I want my Full refund!! Food, delivery fee and tip !!!!! What kind of business accepts orders knowing they cannot deliver... order number #***8
