Terrible service from Debonairs Pizza Ngwelezane driver

Disappointing experience with Debonairs Pizza Ngwelezane! I ordered a pizza and Death by Chocolate, but the delivery driver was extremely rude. Instead of delivering the order to my doorstep, he told me to stand outside and wait for it. I waited for over 15 minutes, only to realize he had gone to the wrong location. When he finally passed by my house, he claimed it was too late to see house numbers at night.

What's concerning is that this driver seems to be a recurring issue, and it's clear the manager is struggling to address the problem. As a customer, it's frustrating to see no action being taken. I never received my order, and I'm left feeling let down.

I hope the owner takes notice of this review and takes steps to improve the delivery service. Until then, I'll think twice before ordering from Debonairs Pizza Ngwelezane again.
