Terrible Service from Debonairs Newlands West

I ordered a Pizza at Debonairs Newlands West in Durban at 13:39, and I was told that the order would take about 45 mins, at 15:33 I had still had not received my order so I phoned and queries and a lady at Debonairs answered and said that the call centre did not get the order to them and they would get me my order now, so I phoned the call centre and an agent at the call centre told me that the order was sent to the store, meaning that they had **** to me at the store by saying the order was not sent them, now it is 17:47 and I still have not received my order from Debonairs, I am Never buying from Debonairs Newlands West Ever. Terrible Service.
