Terrible service from Debonairs - Garankuwa

Ordered pizza at Debonairs Garankuwa at 11:37 for collection, got my order 12:20. Drove straight from debonairs to my work place which is 5 min away, upon arrival I realised that my pizza had a fly on one of the sly, and called the store, was told the driver would come pick it up and give me a fresh one. I waited, 45 minutes later I got a called saying I should go to the store myself and return the pizza because they cannot deliver because it was a collection order. Firstly they could’ve checked their food before giving it to the customer, secondly they called way past my lunch time. I was told they’d get back to me it’s now 15:46 and I’m still waiting didn’t even eat the whole day. Their is service TERRIBLE !!!
