Terrible service from debonairs Eldoraigne

Never ever have I experienced such bad service as with Debonairs Eldoraigne. The management there is extremely rude and arrogant. They don't know anything about how to handle their customers who are paying their salaries!!!! This is not the first time I've had this problem with them. I placed an order on their App at 5:58pm. Their policy says that you'll get your order within 40 to 60 min. I phoned them exactly at 60min and the lady I spoke to told me that the driver just left. So already they were late, because the pizza should've been with me by then, but I said it's fine. At 7:30pm, an hour and a half since placing my order the pizza was still not here. My phone rang and it wat the same lady I spoke to earlier, who then said that the driver got stuck and they still need to make a new pizza for me and then send with another driver. I got very upset about this, because it had now been so long already and now I have to wait another 40 to 60min before getting my new pizza. I then told her that they can do it, but only if they give me discount for the inconvenience caused and their policy also says that if you don't get your pizza within the 60 min then you get your pizza for free. She then dropped the phone. After a minute or two my phone rang again, it was a man who I assume is the manager, he doesn't introduce himself and just say that he heard from his staff that I'm asking for a discount. When I told him the whole story he said that they did apologize for the incident. The more I tried to tell him that the policy doesn't say that if your pizza is late you must get an apology, it says that you get your pizza free. Then he also starts arguing with me about that I must order from Celtis Debonairs which is closer to me..... And the more I try and tell him that the app gives me 3 branches with whom I can place my order and his is one of them the more he tells me that I must order with Celtis. When I asked for his owner's phone number he asked me why I want it and then also refused to give it. We now quickly had to make dinner, because it is 8pm and my wife and kids haven't had dinner yet. This is the last time ever that I placed an order with Debonairs, as they showed me that their customers means absolutely nothing to them. I'll also make sure that everyone knows how bad their customer service are.
