Terrible service from debonair

I made a order via the app on the 5/06/2020 order number ***1 ,until to date I did not receive the order or my money back in my account.today it’s the 13/06/2020 it seems no one is prepared to help .i will no longer buy anything from them and their managers are useless,including the call center staff .
