Terrible service from Alberton Debonairs

The worst service EVER received from Debonairs Alberton. I ordered 3 pizzas online at 8:20pm. 50 minutes later we still havent received anything so after several calls made someone eventually answered. She couldnt hear the name so I gave her the adress she immediatly said yes the food is on its way. At 9:45 the food still havent arrived. I continuesly tried phoning- but NO answer. I immediatly got into my car and drove to Debonairs. The manager or owner picked up my slip at the counter and just said sorry the system collapsed. I understand that things like this may happen but you had our slips and adress ( because of my call) they didnt even phone and say that they couldnt make the order instead they **** to their customers by saying the food was on its way and the manager then blaming the cashier. I will NEVER use Debonairs again. I think its poor service to accept orders and take online payments and not even deliver or let the customer know about the situation.<br> <br> ORDER NUMBER:<br> <br> #***
