Terrible service fro

I know this is rather late but i had tried other avenues to sort the experience i had but to no avail. On 20 Oct, i placed an order to the Alex mall branch due to Pan Africa mall not having any lights. Apparently the owners are the same at both branches. One of the drivers that previously delivered to us from Pan Africa was assisting at Alex mall. This particular driver has been the only driver that ever gave us an issue regarding paying for delivery. Every other driver that came through was never an issue. Via the app,it shows delivery is free to my place. Before coming through they phoned and said the driver says we must pay a fee for the delivery, which i disagreed with cos the app said its free. Anyway eventually he arrived and insisted we pay the fee. I told him no,and in the meantime i had contacted the live chat and the person assisting me there also said i don't have to pay. The driver then threatened us and says that in future they will refuse to deliver to our address. What right does he have to come to my home and speak to me like this,infront of my family. Absolutely appauling attitude and service. The person via the live chat said they were escalating the matter but up until now i had not heard anything. If i remember correctly the drivers name was Lebo/Thabo, something like that. Needless to say i have never ordeted from Debonairs again, and we were frequent customers. I even had a party recently and had to cater for 80ppl and opted for another pizza place. I really hope something gets done, as i dont feel that the owners care much for their customers.
