Terrible service

Placed an order at 18:11pm it's 19:00 the pizza hasn't been delivered yet on it reflects as delivered. Is this how you do business? This is a loop hole for Debonairs... their drivers confirm on the app that it's delivered yet there isn't anything delivered to the customer as yet.a
