Tshepo DL Nakedi is my name, I reside in Pimville selection park also known as zone 5. Yesterday I went to buy pizzas at debonair Maponya Mall around 16:45, where I bought the pizzas, it was 2 pizzas triple decker, one with meat and the other with veggies. Now I waited close to three hours for my pizzas and I ended up making enquiy to the following numbers, the fist number a call center *** which I spoke to Mrs Bulelwa, because I kept on calling several times she ended up giving me the shops telephone number *** which rang and to my utter shock my line was dropped several times to a point that I now became angry and thank God I didn't do anything dum or stupid rather remain calm. Pizzas arrival time was 19:08 and I ask the gentleman what was it that made my pizza to be late he said please don't complain I don't want to be fired, what was worst both Pizzas were cold cold to a point that I slept with an empty stomach. Now what do we do with such horrible service delivery
