Terrible service - Debonairs Stanger

Hopeless service experienced with Debonairs Stanger. Placed an order for 3 double deckers pizza and waited more than 2 hours for it. Tried calling the branch multiple times but there was no answer. Eventually got a hold of the branch and the manager says they were busy and they're sorry. What was I supposed to do with that apology. Absolutely ridiculous service.
