Terrible service Debonairs Pizza Rustenburg Square

On Sunday 17.05.2020 I placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Rustenburg Square at 15:40 order number #***5. When placing the order I was informed that all calls are recorded. Well I hope this is so then they can listen to the various calls I had to make. Then at 16:37 I phoned them again to follow up on the progress off the order. I was told the delivery went out 10 minutes before. Then at 17:14 I phoned again and insisted to speak to the manager. He then told me the same story that the delivery went out 10 minutes before. I phoned again at 17:42 to follow up and the reply I got from the manager was that they were not able to get hold of the driver. Eventually at 18:00 more than 2 hours after placing my order finally the driver arrived. The pizzas were ice cold, and the boxes were crammed on top of each other resulting on the fillings been stuck to the box. This was the worst service and pizza that I have ever experienced. The promise of if it is not hot you do not pay is certainly just a blatant lie. And the lock down is not an excuse, if you choose to open and deliver a service then deliver a service and not what has happened now
