Terrible service

Worst ever.. I am in the hospitality industry. This is now the 3rd time we are having non existent service from this store. Waiting over 2 hours for food to be delivered. The stores excuse this time, they short on drivers, again, and the driver apparently broke down. 1.5 hours later on the 28th for food while I have a 2 year old crying for food. Then finally when food comes, it is the wrong order!!! Had to eat it, cause I wasn't going to wait another 2 hours for food. Then when I phone the store they say sorry, and no remorse or any help what so ever to fix it. And since when did their motto change, if it's cold it's free?? Food was ice cold. cheese has gone hard on the pizzas.
