Terrible Service

I ordered Pizza online for delivery from Caltex Dundee and made an online payment at 19:27 today 13th August 2021, it was not delivered even after a number of phone calls to check on my order, with the last call at around 8:15, when I was told the driver is on his way (I live just 5 min away from the shop), it did not come.

I had to fetch it from the shop around 21:30 (the shop was closed and staff was ready to leave).
