TERRIBLE SERVICE

Your service is appalling! I have been waiting for my refund for a whole week after I was told you can't deliver at certain area and I must either fetch my order or my money. When I fetch my money last Saturday I was told refund is processed and I will have it on Monday. It's Friday now and I still don't have it. Customer service is just as useless. I'm still waiting for a call from the franchise manager. Customer service keeps on phoning to check if franchise manager phoned me and still nothing done. As much as I love the pizza I refuse to ever buy there again. I'm yet to get an apology from anyone there
