Terrible Service at Debonairs Pizza Midway Mews.

<p>So I placed an order over the phone at Debonairs Pizza Midway Mews at 19:10 and chose the option to collect my order. The consultant I spoke to informed me that the order would be ready after 15 minutes. Just for the record the reason why I chose to use my airtime to call and palce the order was for my convinience and I did not want to have to wait for my order. To my surprise when I arrived I paid the cashier using the card and the time was 19:35 and only to find out that the order had either not been placed neither had it been prepared The cashier then went on a quest to find my order and eventually came back to me without a logical explanation we were made to wait for this order with which is the main reason why I had chose to place the order over the phone. I would like to find out if this is acceptable customer service? The order was ready 19:55 after a further 20 minutes of waiting. I for one am apaulled by the level and lack of professionalism which was shown to me and my wife. You have lost loyal clients in me and my wife, I'm sure you would not be bothered by this in any case since customer service seems to be the least of your priorities.</p>
