Terrible service at Debonairs Pizza kwaMashu Bridge city

I phoned and placed an order at Debonairs pizza Bridge city kwaMashu, i was told to collect my order after 15-20 minutes. I went to the store after 30 minutes, they told me that the order is not ready. A Debonairs employee (Fortunate) who was very rude, came and said your order will be ready after 45 minutes when i explain to him that i was told to come and collect after 15 -20 minutes, he said they gave me incorrect information and if i want to complain i can go ahead and he left. This is the second time i am experiencing this. The managers must train their employees how to speak to the customers
