Terrible service at Debonairs Pizza again!!!

Another incident of terrible service at @Debonairs this time at Midway Mews in Midrand, Johannesburg. I was standing in front and instead of serving people the two Debonairs employees were literally doing Admin while customers were waiting in the queue. The lady in front did not even bother to lift up her head to acknowledge that we were there.

After several minutes of waiting for her, I finally asked if she would be able to serve us. She told me that she is busy with the Admin system and promptly went back to it while the queue waited. I finally decided that such a company does not have deserve my money and I left.

This is the second time in recent times that I get bad service from Debonairs. The other incident happened at the Bothasig Shopping Centre in Cape Town. After a ridiculously long wait there, they got my order wrong.... twice. After complaining, the manager (who took my address) promised to send me a free pizza voucher which never came. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything from Debonairs again!!!!
