Terrible service and unsatisfying product

I'm so disappointed with Debonairs customer service in Protea Gardens. Firstly, they are ridiculously slow, you wait over 30 minutes for your order then they give you a wrong order on top of that. I bought a Cram-Decker pizza(meaty) two weeks back, their service was slow, I waited 40-45 minutes for my order but I was patient enough since it was month end and busy. When I eventually got my order and went home, to my surprise when we were eating already, this pizza has so little fillings inside and some slices have chicken and mushroom in the same pizza, I was surprised when I saw this as I ordered a meaty flavour, I thought maybe it's one slice only since my son is the one who saw this and complained. Probably half the pizza was this chicken and mushroom and whatever else was in there then the other meaty slices were huge chunks of tomato, tomato filled in there was more than the meat itself. I didn't return it because we had to eat and it was already late. Today again, I bought a Tripple-Decker meaty pizza again, the same thing happened, service was slow, waited long for my order, I get home to eat, the pizza is burnt, dry both inside and on top. No meat filling, just a few pieces hear and there and tomato of course then some sauce, to top it off, it wasn't even sliced properly. I had to use a knife. I'm really disappointed in their service lately and can't keep quiet anymore. I feel like I waited my money and at this point I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
