Terrible service and time management

Terrible service Debonairs Worcester. Placed order at 15:55 for a pick up. Person mention it would take 40 minutes. Got there and paid 16:32,only to get my order at 16:56, with a sorry for it taking so long. Not the first time. Terrible time management
